Delete your Itravelbudget account

The fastest route is inside the mobile app, but the website also provides a structured request path if you no longer have access to the signed-in session.

Delete directly in the app

Use the built-in profile settings flow whenever possible. It is faster, authenticated, and tied to the exact signed-in account.

  1. Open the Itravelbudget mobile app and navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
  2. Type DELETE when prompted and confirm the removal request.
  3. If you cannot access the app, submit the web request form and our privacy team will validate ownership before processing.

If you can still sign in, use the in-app deletion route first. If you cannot, submit the assistance form so our privacy team can validate ownership before actioning the request.
